The +2 and +3 admission system is regulated under the SAMS (Student Management System) centrally regulated by the government of Odisha .The system is meant for ensuring single window system through e-admission process economically, maintaining transperency and reducing work pressure as well as anxity of colleges, student and parents / guardians.

A Common Prospectus including e-admission features like selection guidelines, reservation and weightage, principles, seat availability, subject info, cut-off mark of last 2 years,admission fees etc.will be available in the Higher Education website www.dheorissa.in for print out.

A Common Application Form (CAF) can be availed from the website along with details information regarding submisssion of form.Student can avail the services of cyber cafes,common services centers or Internet facility centres. Afterfilling up the form on-line the applicant has to get a printed CAF(both collegecopy and applicant's copy),passport photos(self attested) can be uploaded in the CAF or can be submitted along with the CAF in the college.
